I was recently dishonored by a cad who stole my parking spot. I lamented the fact that I could not challenge him to a duel.
I am sure many of you have been be faced with this same dilemma.
So what do you think?
Agree?
or Disagree?
Should dueling be legalized?

Yes it should be legalized. We should sell tickets to the events. No more debates the winner is the one standing. Cut me off in traffic duel, take my parking spot duel, talk on a cell phone in the elevator duel or take the last cheese square duel.

I absolutely agree.

Where do we find justice in this system these days? People get away with almost anything whilst others go to prison for a fine stemming from another non-payment of a fine.

If people had it out, it would certainly make people think twice before offending another person. Lets face it everybody hurts, and theres only so much before we reach our limit.

Lets duel instead of this stupid, cowardly office back biting type, I'll break your windows, burst your tires, scratch your car. It doesnt have to be to the death, but lets have it out.

I will be your second. You have every right to demand adequate redress for this dastardly deed. But what if one of the people in the duel had dual personalities? Would it still be a duel? What if they both had dual personalities? If a dual duo dueled would it be duly recorded as a double homocide if they were shot at the same time? Would they have the foursight to bring their four seconds in a timely manner? President Andrew Jackson killed Charles Dickinson in 1806 to redress the slander of having been called a worthless scoundrel and a poltroon. He was shot first in the ribs (it bothered him for the rest of his life) and returned fire. He fatally shot Dickinson. Back then, the man who shot first had to stand his ground and wait for the other man to return fire. So, choose your weapons carefully. I would opt for paint ball guns.

Yes...but it should also be required that you can actually play the banjo if dueling is going to take place. If you can't...no dueling. Them's the rules.
