Kind of reminds me of rubber tree, but with colorful varigated leaves. Do you know what it is?

The record is so long: zinnias cosmos marigolds asters snapdragons dahlias wild plant life black eyed susan ageratum sunflowers saliva coleus geranium impatiens clematis vine black eyed susan vine gladiolas cannas begonias i'm additionally appearing some plant life from cuttings. Oh and that i possibly forgot lots of the plant life i visit plant on the record! LOL

Its a croton. Nice tropical plant that is very easy to grow. Be cautious of overwatering.
