You've got to get another shingle, gently pry up the shingles above where this one came out, work the shingle back into place. You may need to trim the new shingle some on the top to get the correct alignment, but make sure you get it in to cover past the slits in the shingle above. Carefully nail the shingle in place. Add a little roofing cement to the bottom of the shingle above so it will adhere to the new shingle. And don't fall off your roof while your doing it.
