If so, were there any reactions? I'm planning to breastfeed my daughter, but know I will probably need to supplement one or two bottles a day when I go back to work. Thought we might try the organic formula this time -- just don't know much about it.

I will be pumping when I return to work, but from previous experience with my daughter, my supply dwindled quite a bit after being back to work a couple months that I needed to supplement with her and will most likely have to supplement with this baby.

Yes I tried it and it worked smoothly. My son had problems with Enfamil, Similac and such we went to Parent's Chioce and it worked wonderfully. We used it to supplement breastmilk.
This time with my daughter she was a premie and couldn't take to latching on, so i used a pump but it caused many problems so we tried the Oranganic version of Parents Choice and she is doing great with it. Go to their site they are giving out free samples of the Orangic type.

Have you considered pumping when you return to work?
EDITED TO ADD:
If you go into it with that attitude, it could be a self-fullfilling prophecy. Each pregnancy, each baby and each brestfeeding experience is unique. Try to think positive!
What kind of pump will you be using? A double electric such as the Medela Pump In Style is best. If you have large areolas, you may need different horns than come with the pump. There are LOTS of tricks and herbs and things that you can use to increase pumping output. Check out the section at the site below that is dedicated to supply issues and pumping.

I dont know if it is a good idea to try a Walmart brand product. . . ESPECIALLY if it is something that is going into your baby! I know i certainly would not do that. I think there is a reason why the Parents Choice Formula from Walmart is so much cheaper than other stuff like Enfamil, Similac or Nestle Good Start. It must be the better quality!

I don't shop at Wal-Mart and I especially wouldn't if I had a child. By supporting Wal-Mart, you are helping to promote corporate greed, wage-slavery, unfair trade practices, sweatshop-made goods, consumerism, and the fact that their workers get no health care....really, what kind of world are you helping to create for you child? What legacy will you leave him/her? Make the world a better place to leave your child by being a responsible consumer. The fact that you are looking at organic foods is a wonderful step in the right direction. Just take it a step further and look at the whole picture.
Good luck :-)

I used Parents Choice the whole first year of my daughters life and had NO problems whatsoever. I checked with her Dr. too, because you know all the others have all of the fancy stuff (can't remember now....) but he said it was absolutely fine also. It's sooo much cheaper. I think it's worth trying. Good luck! =)

I did, and I researched it first like any parent would want to. The Parent's Choice formula is made with exactly the same ingredients and my child loved it. I think it is worth it for parents to save money, don't you? Blessings =)
