fake feel tight. They are really tough depending on the size. They look nice but I would rather have the natural feeling. The new ones are more natural feeling but you can still tell a difference between all natural and fake. I have friends who have decided to go fake and they do not seem to regret it. I guess its what ever makes you happy!

This question is asked at least three times a day. Women are obssessed with boobs as much as men it seems! Despite the frequency of this question, I shall continue to provide my answer (don't let it be said I don't do my bit for womankind!)
Natural always for me, as long as they're proportional to the rest of the body. I'm not into those 'weapons of mass destruction' that are fake boobs. Although it is nice to be able to hold on to something and caress. But natural does it for me.

the old silicone boobs are the hard ones. if the doc puts the faux boob under the muscle the chance of the saline ones getting hard is only %20. you can get them put in through your belly button, armpit, nipple, or they can tear your boob open on the bottom and stick it in that way. but faek boobbs need to be replaced and they only look good under a shirt. guys like the soft real boobs. you can get somewhat natural looking ones like lindsay lohan. getting new boobs is dumb.

The ones I've felt were kinda hard (compared to natural boobs). However I think if a woman wants them, she should go for it...I would if I had the $$ right now...a "lift and fill"...alas, in my area that can run around $10K. NOT in the budget!

They feel ....expensive. If you look pretty now, don't mess with it. It's really not worth it and can be quite costly and unnecessary. You must also consider, saline implants will need to be replaced within 10 years and you cannot get silicone the first time. While it is an individual decision.......Natural is the most beautiful. (Although I don't regret getting mine, it was done to correct assymetry)
