Most powder eye shadows end up on my lashes, even when I save mascara for last.
Try some cremes. CoverGirl makes some nice ones, and they're reasonably priced. Just go lightly on the application, and blend well to avoid creasing.

I love Barry M's Dazzle Dust. It's so pretty! Millions of colours. The thing is, it's loose powder, so it will drop on your eyelashes a little when you initially put it on if u do so with your finger, but it will also shake straight off, and you're going to put Mascara on anyway right? It lasts all day, and doesn't usually crease the way matt eyeshadows do. I never have any problesm with it falling on my eyelashes after application.
If you mean during application, maybe you should try a different kind of applicator so the eyeshadow isn't so loose, and doesn't fall free onto your lashes. Maybe even one of the new rollerball ones (think Rimmel do them), or a Revlon one - I think they're in a pen shape.

Why doesn't the eyeshadow stay on your eyes? Do you have an oily eye area? Does your eyeshadow crease ? If so, then you have oily eye area. Do this: use a matte finish concealer or foundation on your eyelids, let set and then apply eye shadow. If this doesn't work, wet your applicator and dip into eye shadow. Most eyeshadows can be used wet or dry and when you wet it, it stays on longer. Do not leave a wet applicator in your eye shadow container, let it air dry to keep bacteria from growing. Hope this helps.

Stila and Mac are great and come in many shades-some with glimmer to them and some without, but both brands really last all day. You can also purchase eyeshadow primer to help the shadow adhere and last. Sephora is a great place to go, since they have testers of these brands and many others.

I like Almay. They're not that expensive, and they make shadow trios made to bring out your eye color. I have the purple set for brown eyes and it lasts all day wothout loose powder getting everywhere. Maybelline also works well too, and has more color options. But it doesn't always last quite as long.

physicians formula. kind of expensive, but they last long and arent all powdery like those other brands. they are really awesome if you use them wet, they dont rub off or flake up. and if you want to get your eyeshadow to stay longer, put a little concealer on your eyelids before you do the eyeshadow... it helps it stick

Try Maybelline. But if you have tried a few brands and all give you the same result, it might be the way you're applying or try a cream one instead of a powder.

try using mascara AFTER you apply the eyeshadow. it will get rid of the color of the eye shadow. also try using brushes to apply the eyeshadow. If neither of these work, try using a cream shdow

Maybelline, Aziza are both good. NYC New York City and Max Factor are both the best.
