I like to run around without a leash on and run away from my humans when they try to catch me. All I want to do is go play in the lake and roll in stuff that smells good - like dead rotten fish and goose poop. Why is this so wrong?

Freja, I hate to tell you this, but humans are very distrusting of dogs. You run around without a leash, and they're afraid you'll get lost, or run away, or even worse, get into a fight with a dog or cat much more vicious than you. Not to mention that they don't like wet pets on their furniture, and what smells good to you may not to them.
Learn to understand them better, and you'll both be happy.

Freja, there is nothing wrong with a dog just trying to have a good time. Humans, we mean well. We have your best interest at heart we really do. It's just cause your humans really love you. If they didn't care, they would let you run wild like your cousins the wolves, foxes and coyotes who don't have a very good reputation I might add. Just continue to humor them and they will make it worth your while. It could be worse, have you ever watched "Animal Cops"?

Well, let me start by saying that there is a leash law in most states. And most people don't like when your poop is on their lawn. There are laws in some states. That is all.

cause when those humans catch you, your going to the bath. if that doesn't teach you a lesson, then it's off to the vet to be neutered.
