The AIHRC is mandated to monitor the situation of human rights, where the liberty of people have been denied, restricted or violated in police custody, detention centers, prisons, juvenile prisons and other situations where human rights are vulnerable. The Commission also monitors freedom of speech and the status of women and children.

Do you think Afghanistan as a newly emerging democracy would have had the luxury of such a commission prior to 2001?

OK yeah, am sure when the Taliban regime ruled Afghanistan they kept the Afghan Independent Human Rights Commission well informed about how many killings they did per day.... (if they even had your AIHRC then..... which i doubt.)

And do you have statistics on who actually killed those civilians? Are you claiming the US killed them? Proffer proof or poofter off. In Iraq, the majority of the deaths are from the terrorist actions of the insurgents. Why should we believe it is any different in Afghanistan?

Humm not bad, but the question is how many kids, hopefully none. And as a country by itself, none of course, people, solders, etc kill kids.

Afghani suicide bombers have killed more civilians and in cross-fire than any american solider. Maybe you should of asked how many Afghanis killed Afghanis today. But I assume that you are an idiot and biased. So go dig a hole or something.

How many kids were on those airplanes the Terrorist (cowards) were going to destroy between the UK and the US?

At least the US will fight you face to face, unlike the Terrorists who can only attack women and children.

Perhaps. What you fail to mention, however, is how many kids and women would the Taliban have raped, beaten, and murdered in that same time-frame? How many people would they have oppressed?
