My hubby and I toke two years to concieve our second child. All we did was relax and have fun in the bedroom. Just give yourselves one night to enjoy it and make it romantic. Stop thinking about getting pregnant just enjoy the sex and fun is the word. That did work for us cause I was pregnant the next month, Im not saying its going to work with you to but please try and see what happens. All help is good. GOOD LUCK

Your greatest chances to conceive are about 12-16 days from the start of your last period. If you are sexually active during this time and have not conceived for 2 years, I would recommend going to see an infertility specialist who can evaluate your boyfriend and you to make sure all is Ok and if not, help you get pregnant. Good luck!

idk what you mean by "Before your period" ... you mean in the times between your flow? if that IS what you mean then definately YES. your chances of getting preggers on your period are pretty much nil. usually you ovulate on the 14th day after the FIRST day of your last period. that's when you are most fertile, and the or 2 before and after that date.

also when YOU have an orgasm after he does, it increases your chances. lie on your back about 30 minutes after sex to keep the semen inside of you. it gives it a better chance of staying in your body, which means it's viable and it's chances of fertilizing your egg are higher.

Try the ovulation calculator below. It will help you to figure out when you are ovulating.

You can also buy ovulation predictor kits at the store.
