Spork! Highly underrated in several capacities. Personally, I would like to see sporks used as weapons in action movies. Can you imagine Jackie Chan sporking someone to death? Either that, or I would like to see sporks inclued in fancy place settings, perhaps next to the sorbet spoon or fish knife. Spork-philes unite!!!

i hate plastic utensils - cups too. so it would have to be a real live stainless steel fork or spoon for me (i hate polishing silver too.) but i think the spork is a great invention - why don't they make a real silverware version?
