there is a line under the word inspection that was yellow now is red.

Red means trouble, get the car in to be looked at.

Have you recently checked engine oil level, coolant level, wiper fluid, transmission fluid, brake fluid, etc.
I would reccomend going to a place like Jiffy Lube, Penzoil ten min. oil Change, or place like that.
Pay $34 for an oil change, and they will check all of those for you.

it means that you need to get you car in for service ASAP to eather a bmw dealer or a good trusted mechinic

this means it is time to open your wallet , and it better not be empty. My brother has a BMW , and it costs out the wazoo to repair it .....
