without using any implements other than the power of the lobe!

My Dad and I can both wiggle our ears, but the wiggling is achieved by the muscles at the top of the ear, not the bottom, it is just that the lobe is a floppy bit that waves about and shows off the wiggle to best effect.

The lobe has no muscle so can do nothing. I can wiggle my ears, but it is a bit misleading. It is really the scalp moving, which causes the ears to move.

My dog definitely can and so can my cats. However I don't think I can. I can wiggle my toes though - does that count? Guess not.
