Alright, now I need you to do something very important for me. It may be the most difficult thing you've ever done in your life, so prepare yourself.
Take a step back from the computer. Don't worry, it won't go anywhere. Now look away from the monitor - you can do it! Now look back at the monitor so you can read the rest of these directions. The next time I tell you to look away from the monitor, take a look at your computer. There should be a button somewhere with the power symbol on it, it'll probably be lit up. Now before you even think about what you're doing, push that button, just once.

Now look away from the monitor again and do it!

lol, been there done that...just go to some stupid questions, they'll frustrate you to the point of either fatigue or boredom and you'll want to go to bed
