Video game help for Batman Begins PS2?

I am old school no codes or anything
I need help on....The Black Market Construction (2) level.
Old Batsie seems to have covered very inch of those steel beams. I see the window and ladder but no grapple point. How do I get through that level. There are no villans I can not find the place to exit or enter or ..Please help
