it might sound a bit silly to some people but have you got any tips on how i can burn some fat off my thighs

To burn fat you should do exercises of low intensity and long duration. Walking and bicycling are very good. Swimming is also good. If you like any sports, play them a lot. Continue to eat and drink water though.

Unfortunately, you can't choose to work just one area at a time, you need to work it all. But while you are doing exercises such as bicycling, running or Pilate's, all these will slim your thighs as well as your waist.

You can't lose just in one place, but if you exercise, you will notice the differece.

Exercise...you can't spot lose, you can spot tone. Workout and you'll see loss all over your body.
