A hydra plane will spawn on sweet's place (!) And also you can
find a tank under the bridge just by your house & you'll have infinite ammos...Crappy no?
(I think Vice city gives better things at 100% like new T-shirt,
Infinite ammo, 200 health & armor, 3 "hirable" body-guards &...)

The tank isn't the prize, though. The prize is the satisfaction. You can get a tank no problem after a while, but bragging to your friends is great. For about five minutes. FIVE WHOLE MINUTES!
