A full-time job plus children can make anyone very tired. And, it doesn't leave much time for the two of you to maintain and improve your relationship.

Make an appointment with a marriage counselor today and start working on your marriage. The children deserve it and so do you two.

It's not the kids, hon, it's everything. You just said it yourself, you're both so busy you don't have time for your relationship. If she wants out already, I'm not sure there's anything you CAN do. Have you talked to her, asked if she'll at least try to work on it? Ask her if she'll go to a therapist with you. But it may not work. Once you get to that point, it's pretty much over.

I hate to be the burden of bad news here, I can understand were you both are coming from, sounds to me you grew apart, that is sad. that's not what is supposed to happen, And 3 kids, no way they didn't cause your failures it was to two of you. If you can see to work it out, seek counseling.

hopefully not all is lost yet, talk to your wife, tell her how you feel.
good luck to the both of you.

3 kids in 5 years could kill you. Marriages go through this, it's perfectly normal. Now, be married which...means work on it.

the drive for money and things end most relationships. You both gotta put first what is most important - God and each other. Money cannot buy happiness.
