It was "Quick Change" and it also had Geena Davis in it.I think that was one of Bill Murray's funniest movies.

"Quick Change" with Murray, Randy Quaid and Geena Davis. A really good movie, both funny and serious - showing an early sign of Bill's moving on to more serious roles.
