okay so i have a really weird sleeping pattern.. sometimes i would go to bed at 6 in the morning.. and not wake up until 4. im 16 years old and everyone keeps telling me its really bad.. i dont know whats wrong with me... i just wouldnt be tired until 6 to go to bed... i need help... serious answers please.. THANKS!

I'm the same way! (we seem to be the same on A LOT of things, lately. :-P) My mother claims I'm an Insomniac (but I sleep!).... it SUCKS during the school year.

Aight, I'll give you the cliches.

No more caffiene after twelve, missy! (and twelve means noon! hahaha!)

Exercise (work your *** off so you can turn that flab into ab! hehe)

Don't sleep more than 8-10 hours (this one I DO NOT GET SO IT CAN BE IGNORED)

Don't stresss (you arent helping anybody by doing it)

Counting sheep DOES. NOT. WORK (personal experience)

If this doesn't help, there's this lil magical drug out called Tylenol PM that does the trick.

It gives you crazy dreams though... hehe, or maybe that was just me.

There's one all natural one, that makes your nose tingly and the minute you feel the nose tingle, go to bed! (I know, its crazy stuff ,but the nose tingle means u'll be asleep within thirty seconds. It's the craziest feelings!)

dont work out before you want to go to bed. adrenaline keeps you awake at night. warm up a glass of milk or have some sleepy time tea. that seems to work for me. Your sleeping pattern is off
(thats what it sounds like to me). what you need to do is either do more physicall activity during the day or you need to set an alarm to wake you up earlier. this will eventually get you back into your normal pattern. dont eat before you go to bed because this can cause more problems than you are trying to solve. for example if you eat at night you can start gaining weight or you can get acid reflex like i did. now because i ate food before i went to bed now i have an ulcer. ( a hole in my stomach made from to much acid)!!!

eat alot befor bed you will feel stufed and want to go tot sleep

Sounds like insomnia....you may want to go to a doctor.
