I understand people have favorite characters and whatnot, but to say someone is the best wrestler is kinda funny. They are only as good and go as far as whoever is writing their part for that week.

I don't think it matters. Every movie ever made is scripted. Every song ever put out is scripted and edited over and over. Every book, most performance dances, most skating performances. The feeling you get from watching the performance is all that matters. The best wrestler, you are correct is not the best amature wrestler, he is the best who combines all the aspects of wrestling, the physical moves, the facial expressions, the crowd response. Take Arn Anderson, a classic bad guy. He was a great wrestler because he gave such depth in his performance, he would do so much more than go in and beat the good guy up and then lose at the last moment. He would entertain with his funny facial expressions, come time acting wildly taken by suprise by a good guys great move. I remember one time when a young flying Brian did a tilta worral thing on his head and landed Arn across the ring. Anderson backed into the corner and just stared out with these big eyes and then screamed at the reff WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT! Yea, its scripted but believe me, it's only a small part!

Dude, not necessarily wrestling has to be scripted, you mean the WWE is scripted, yes i do realize and not all of use fail to realize that trust me..

The realize it, they just don't care. We all go to see movies, don't we. That is normally scripted, (yes, even though some are so bad you can hardly believe there is a script.)

not all of it is. Some matches are real. And people dont want 2 realize that its scripted. I was like that when i was younger

We all know scumbag, its entertaining. movies arent real, but we dont say, "why do you like those movies theyre fake". not just anyone can be a wrestler, they need to be good at it, whether its fake or not. not just anyone on the street can get in the ring a nd moonsault around, they need training

i dont now cause it is really not sometime the manger might teel some of the wrestlers to go out and do something but other then thats its not a script and its all real fighting and the acting some of it is real some is fake and thats the thruth..............!!!!!!!!!

all us fans no that it is scripted that is y it is called wwe the e for entertainment it is supposed to be fun to watch with a little bit of drama to it
we no it is scripted we just choose to ignore all the haters
wwe is for people who like drama high flying action and entertainment

I have always known it was fake, I watch it as a form of entertainment though. For all I know you could be a fan of NASCAR, and I find NASCAR to be extremely boring.
