My current favorite is Nickelback. They have 2 CDs out and I like every song on both of them - which is rare for me. I usually find one or two songs I skip over.

Panic! At The Disco is kind of Alterna-pop-rock, but you'll love it. Everyone loves Panic! You'd probably like AFI's decemberunderground or Fall Out Boy's From Under the Cork Tree too. Stadium Arcadium by the Red Hot Chili Peppers is awesome; you get 2 CD's in one and everything on there is GREAT. If you're going for something a little older, try Led Zeppelin IV of Guns N' Roses' Appetite for Destruction.
