i was 13 at the time and she was 13 she says she loves me and she would always ask me to have sex with her,i would say nah but why do you think she would ask me im supposed to be the agresser to try to get her to have sex

At the age of 13, neither one of you understand sex much less love. As far as her being the aggressor, a young woman's body is more mature sexually at that age, also she may have had a hidden agenda, what kind of home is she from, does she thrive on attention, maybe she wanted to trick you into getting her pregnant, so that she could get out of a situation that she didn't want to live in. Regardless 13 is way too young, and you would both risk ruining some of the best years of your lives. Life is a gift not a loan, make wise decisions and later on you will look back at this and be glad you moved past it. Stay away from her, she wants to earn a name but not the right way...

13!!!! What do you or any other 13 year old knows about love and sex? It sounds like she has been abused.Talk to her and find out why she wants to have sex with you. She might think sex is love, but there is a big difference! Grow-up a little before you have sex. PLEASE!

Some girls are very aggressive. If you are 13 (or anywhere NEAR 13) you should really keep saying no. You have so much time ahead of you to enjoy life, don't complicate it with sex. Truly, you will enjoy it so much more and it'll mean a lot more if you are older.

Hay Chihuahua!!! You are too young to be having sex. She probably feels that she wants to be "close" to someone and sees sex as the only way to do this. Cuddling works fine. Keep your clothes on. Lolz. But really, she thinks she wants to be with someone like that, but she's NOT emotionally mature at all!!!
And as for why she asked you, she could just be easy.
