Yes, I don't think you have anything to worry about. Teenagers tend to talk a lot about "size" and over estimate the importance of it. Even grown men have a hang up about whether they are "big enough". Most of the women I know would agree that bigger is not better, it is painful. Be happy with what God has blessed you with and don't let anyone convince you otherwise. If you have a concern, medically, you could see your doctor for reassurance, but if all the other signs of puberty have appeared ( voice changing, hair under arms and elsewhere ) then I'm sure you're fine.

For a grown man, just under 6" is average. At 14, all of you is going to keep on growing for a few more years...I wouldn't worry...you shouldn't be using for anything yet except peeing anyway, and 4" is plenty to do that!

Usually by the time you hit puberty that is how big your penis will be at most no more than 5 inches. Are you sure you measured it correctly from the base to the tip? When I was 13 I already measured 7 inches and it's still the same today.

Yup that is a good size penis you shouldn't worry about wather or not it is going to grow longer but is that a hard on or soft
