Try club soda. There have been tests & club soda beats everything else. Not as expensive, nor as envrionmentally impacting as many commercial cleaners.
I haven't cleaned my show door for over 3 yrs & it looks great. I dry it off right after I dry myself off, every shower. I dry in the shower, so there's no mess on the bathroom floor, then put my arm on the towel & wipe w/ the towel cover arm. Two wipes, top to bottom & it's done. It's clean water, so it doesn't get the towel dirty.
I'm thinking of putting Rainx on the glass, to make it even less work. I have it on all the glass in my motorhome, it works great. NO I do NOT work for that company, I just use it & it works.
(If someone can mention Windex... I can mention this.)

I used to work as a housemaid and we always used very hot water with metho in it and black and white newspaper. Seams that the black ink from the newspaper and the metho does a great streak free job. Always wear rubber gloves. This is pretty cheap too. Good luck and I hope it works as well for you as it does for me.
PS. ..... sometimes you don't have to use metho, depends on how grotty the glass is.

After 40 years I've found the best and cheapest is a mix of 45%water, 45% rubbing alcohol & 10% ammonia.
Use old cloths, men's underwear works great!
Don't us paper towels they will streak.
Good Luck!!

Windex is good however wipe the glass with newspaper instead of a cloth or paper towel....this leaves smudges...newspaper leaves your glass streakfree.

Borox! You can find it in the laundry section of the store. It reminds me of comet but it works wonders. You can use it on almost anything to clean with.
