I am 9 months pregnant, so it doesn't count if I entered my weight now, but my pre pregnancy weight falls under the "normal" category for BMI.

Technically, I have always been considered overweight. Even when I was lifting weights and running a couple miles every other day. The whole reason why there are so many people overweight in this country is because it is cheaper to eat junk food than to eat healthy. You can spend $4+ on a bundle of grapes but you can get a package of twinkies for $2.
It is going to get a lot worse before it gets better! With gas prices on the rise along with unemployment!

I weigh 125 at 5'4" at 26 years of age. According to the BMI index I am considered in the normal range; however, my weight is distributed unevenly. As long as I can tone my stomach I would be fine but it hasn't been that easy so thats the only unsatisfactory part of my body.

I don't nessesarily agree with it. It really depends on the body structure the person has. And some of weight is muscle. I've seen may documentries that say that it's out of date and the BMI needs to be recalculated.

Thanks, but I don't need to check the link. I'm 5 ft. 3 in. 107 lbs (including D cup implants) and 11% body fat, I wear a size 1 or 2. So, no I'm not the least bit overweight!

Yes. I am technically overweight. I need to lose 15-25 lbs. I blame genetics for this b/c most of the weight is in my breast. I bet if i chopped those off, then i'd be my ideal weight. :-)

A "strategies Fart " is technically a quickly memory loss the place one can not undergo in strategies the place to choose for farting. So, the fart comes out for the duration of the mouth because of the fact the violent, vulgar and thunderous sounds of the strategies. that's the belief of ' strategies fart' working concept.
