The fastest way to keep bedrooms cleaned is to keep your things from escaping their place!
1-get organizers/storage containers for under the bed/dressers.
2-get a hamper for your clothes, so they don't end up everywhere!
3-get an organization system for your closet, so you have sufficient storage area
4-make the bed when you get out of bed in the morning
Consider getting a duvet with covers, so you can do away with your top sheet. It is much faster to just straighten the duvet than to remake the bed with top sheet and blankets. Then just switch and launder your duvet cover once or twice a week, like you do your sheets.

Planning. Depending on where the bedrooms are. Start from putting away laundry, go to bedrooms, make beds, vacuum and do it every day, that way there is no build up of dirt.
Peace.

Fold and put away your laundry as soon as it gets done. Make your bed right away when you get out of it.The vacuuming is all yours. A little organization can go a long way. And lay off the computer, it's eating your cleaning time.

first put on your favorite music. then put your laundry to do its magic while that's in process dedicate time to one bedroom at a time. by the time your done with the first room the laundry will be done. Put it away , get a second load in. second room and so on . Vacuuming comes last. When you least expect it you'll be done. I have two daughters , that's my everyday routine. good luck.

I like to do it in categories but making the bed is the first, trash, laundry, dishes, then after getting all that out of the way you can vacuum on the way out to the next room. But it is faster to do it every day :)

Set a timer for 10-15 minutes and see if you can beat it. When you have a challenge you will move fast. Give yourself a reward after...like a nice tall cold glass of ice tea or something. :-)

The one is evaluating the space, if you have a separate laundry room, you can simply measure any usable floor or wall space.
