What kind of wheel will smooth them out and polish them?
Can these golfball sized castings be tumbled? I need a quick way because I need to produce many. Thanks.

i use a bench grinder,you can get a soft buffing wheel in many sizes.this will not do it without jewlers rouge,red or white,i would say you need white.allways use wool gloves to avoid finger prints and oil.now you can also polish brass,copper and silver.

Can tumble if the shape of the casting will allow (doesn't have an arm that will break off or something like that) I have heard of people using a shot blast to clean castings. Not sure, but if you want a shiney surface you will probably have to step through series of polishing grits on a wheel.
