Not normally, but there are certain circumstances when it can happen. If you have previously had a baby and breastfed or if there is an imbalance in your hormones (usually hyper-prolactinaemia which means a high level of the milk producing hormone in the blood). You should see your GP to be checked out.

Yes, especially if you have already had children. My second is 3 and a half years old and I still have some. They shouldn't be full of milk though. Just be careful. If they are stimulated all the time you might have the problem for a while!

Well if you are only a couple of months pregnant you wouldnt get milk anyway.
If you are getting discharge from your nipple you should see a doctor as I could be a number of things.
Do you have any pain? tenderness or rippled skin?
If you have 1 out of 3 symptoms of those I would see a GP, but as you have discharge I would see one anyway.
Good luck hun xxxxx

You could have a hormonal imbalance. Or it may not be milk - could be another sort of discharge.

Either way, you need to get it checked out - go and see your doctor.

And are you positive you're not pregnant??

yes it's possible. Could be due to a change in hormones, stress related or/and for no obvious reason. Best see the doctor though to put your mind at rest.
