if you just had a baby yes but if you were never pregnant then no. i never lactated untill i was about three or four months pregnant with my first child.

yes, you can lactate a small amount even if you are not pregnant-especially if it was during sex (due to hormones) if it continues you should talk to your ob, may meed to get blood test to make sure your homones arent out of whack
