Whether you're knitting scarves in front of the TV to sell at craft fairs, or you have thousands of workers in a factory, a business plan is still important.
It will give you a goal for your business. What type of success do you hope to achieve? How will you be re-investing your profits? How will you grow?
You could write yourself a simple plan, and see how your business does. As your business grows, you may want to change or rethink your original goals. But you should have a plan and a goal in mind.
Good luck!

If you start your own business and need to borrow money from a conventional lender, they will most likley want to see a business plan. It's a lender's way of evaluating the level of potential success of your business and gauge the risk of the loan.

A business plan is always a good idea. It gives you structure and goals. Without it, you can find yourself floundering in too many directions, with no clear concept of what you are trying to accomplish.

i am going to advise you to plot an commercial frame of mind on your company. right now initiating a clean company isn't that huge mission yet certainly mission is to promote that company in a more effective acceptable way. commence a company which has scope on your section. anytime someone thinks to commence new company first he/she could evaluate section (usa, state and objective customers) then make a suited frame of mind for brand new company.
