I hope not because I know that you are aware of how often a brother can't get a break.

No, he is doing a great job with the Colts. I'm not sure they win ever win the Super Bowl, but they are one of the contending teams with the offense they put on the field. I think Dungy will stay with the Colts for a long time if they continue to be a winning team. I think last year was probably the best we will see from the Colts for quite some time. They were maybe one play away from winning the playoff game against the Steelers last year. I think that was their chance and unfortunately it did not go their way.

Yeah dungy got the shaft in Tampa bay, but he just wasn't ever able to figure out an offense decent enough to win the superbowl. Gruden had just enough offense to get it done. The colts have a really good offense, but losing edgerin will hurt, and the defense may have been a 1 year wonder. I think they will keep winning, but i don't know if they will ever win a superbowl. Peyton manning is not a big game player. He never beat florida in college, and he has yet to even get to the superbowl, let alone win it.

Nah the Colts problems are with the OL. All of the team's losses, except SEA in which the backups played, were against teams employing the 3-4. New England, Indy's nemesis, employs that system and the "blitzing LBer" always hurts them. Porter, Merriman, McGinest all have killed the Colts.

Dungy got the short end of the stick in Tampa Bay, but I don't see that happening in Indy. He's done too many good things for this franchise to let him go. I don't think he needs to win a Super Bowl (although that ring would look pretty nice on his finger) to justify any accomplishments that he's done in Indy already
