Sorry, you'd need a high powered rifle for that, possibly a sniper rifle with armor piercing bullets.
You wont get that kind of firepower from a handgun.

WhyTF would u need tht? Kevlar only goes on human beings...You can't buy a specific bullet for just any ol gun though...you would need a high powered rifle, probably 50 cal.
Edit: and why the hell would u report him mcmommy. He hasn't said anything about killing a person even though it makes you wonder...Maybe he just wants to know cuz his brother in Iraq wheres it or somethin and wants to know if it is common to be able to get something tht penetrates it....

How many years in prison did you say you want to spend?
If you are caught with "cop killing" bullets, its jail time. Just flat out- theres absolutely no reason for you to have this kind of technology, even though its right off the shelf for the person who knows what they're doing.

In many locations these are Illegal. There is no Legitamate reason to own them and no Legitamete reason to produce them. The technology is usually obsolete within a Year or less due to new designs in Balistic Vests and protective armour technology......

on the black market, you may have to travel to another part of europe or USA or africa or somewhere armour piercing bullets are more readilly available
