My 2nd child was born at 39 weeks exactly. He did not come any earlier than my first. But my labor went faster. My contractions started at 3am at 10 min apart. By 5am they were 5 min apart. By 630am, I was dilated to 5cm. By 8am I was fully dilated. And all that dilation with no walking to help out!

nope. My first child was 6 days late and my second was 5 days late. With my first I actually went into labor but was induced after not dilating. With my second I never went into labor. I just went in to be induced.
