It makes me think of having a bad day, and I'm a positive person and rarely have bad days. I think it might be for bi-polar people.

I like it, and I am not bi-polar, it fitted in so good with American Idol, I look at it in a different way, sometime we do have a bad day and I am always singing something, to keep be going, so I will start this song, just to get me out of my mood, It works, !!!!

I'm bi-polar but I agree with you, if you sing about a bad day it will eventually make you feel like your having a bad day!!!

I hate that song, but I like the parody "Your Friend has Gone Gay". Its pretty funny.
