Yes get something for your wife. Don't get the same thing as your sweety but, Most inportantly don't put a picture of yourself on the internet saying you got your other girl something and need advice on if you should get you wife something too. That is almost a sure way of getting caught cheating.

You should get something special nice for your wife.
If this sweetie is your other woman. The best thing to get to your wife is truth. (Dont be selfish man....) if this sweetie is your kid or pet. Maybe you should not compare or asking of getting for your wife who is devoted to you and your family and she always be your lifetime partner whatever happens.
