Contrary to the saying, you need to use your head and be practical about relationships. Following your heart especially becomes a problem with long distance relationships. Whatever you're looking for, try thinking about the future and what the implications of the decisions you make in your relationships will be. Good luck!!

No this can be a problem, we sometimes let the heart rule over the head we should really think before doing anything, but as we know it's not always the case.

Nope, sometimes your heart leads you over a cliff.
However if you let the logical part of your brain talk when it says, warning, somethings not right. Following your heart can be quite fulfilling.

yes except for 2 things: 1) it's sometimes very hard to tell the difference between your heart and just plain impulse, 2) it's easy to use that as an excuse to act without thinking about how your actions will affect other people. definitely always LISTEN to your heart though.

That depends on where your heart is leading you to. A good combination is using your heart and your head together. If you are undecided by these, for they do tend to argue with each other at times, then it is best to follow your gut-instinct.

Somtimes it can be the most wounderful thing to follow your heart, but somtimes it can be the most dreadful thing. But i personally outweigh the bad with the good, so yes it is right to follow your heart. It cant fail you!!!!

Always! just as it is also necessary to follow your first instinct. Your innerself is more aware of external factors at a subconcious level than your concious level could ever be---it's naturally logical, hence the cliche 'go with your gut'

You really need to use both together, heart and mind.
Mind to sift through the details and analyze potential outcomes. Heart to balance desires and fears with rights and wrongs. Used together you get better decisions, stronger commitment to those decisions, and usually better outcomes.

It's hard to say. Sometimes your heart is telling you one thing and the logical part of your mind is telling you something different. I think it all depends on the situation.
