try washing your face right before getting out of the shower (like the last thing you do!) sometimes the conditioner you use can leave a residue on your skin and cause breakouts...also, if you use styling products, some can irritate your skin as well (especially if you have bangs) so just wipe your forehead with a cotton ball and some rubbing alcohal to clean it and help dry out the bumps

try pitting a big glob of toothpaste on your dry spots. This will decrease the redness. THEN try this

Beat the yolk of an egg until it is light and frothy, then add the mashed pulp of a half avocado, blending it well (you may use a blender at this point). Cleanse your face thoroughly before using this masque (or any masque). Spread the avocado mixture over the face and neck evenly; relax on a slant board or bed for about 20 minutes. Remove with clear tepid water and a face cloth, followed by a rinse of cold water or a mild skin lotion. The result should be a marked improvement in skin texture, and all-around revitalizing.

It looks like you might have a bout of dry skin

Sounds like you might allergic to something. Did you change products recently? Like shampoo or makeup? Try cleansers that don't have any irritants in them (like witchhazel), and make sure they are unscented as scents can irritate the skin even more. Be careful with hairspray too. Make sure you cover your forehead before you spray as sometimes you can get a little hairspray on your skin. Also, drink TONS of water! Water is FABULOUS for getting rid of toxins in your system! Oh, which reminds me, are you allergic to any foods, or have you started eating something new that you normally don't? That could also trigger a reaction. If you plan on seeing a dermatologist regarding it, record everything you eat and use at least a week before you see them. Like, record what you ate, what products you use, etc. and note when the red marks are getting better or worse and how they feel (like, itchy or dry, etc). They can help you narrow down what they are and how to treat them! Hope this helped!

there is this stuff called and don't quote me on the name but I want to say persogel or something like that by clean and clear. Its in a little tube. I have it too well had. I never had major pimples or anything and when I got those my DR said it was kinda like heat bumps but like pimples as well. So you should try that stuff. It really works. Just don't use tooth paste!

It sounds like you are using a soap product that is clogging your pores. Change face soaps. The bumps you have are probably pores that are clogged. And theyprobably won't go away soon. Change soaps and see what happens next. Good-Luck !

I suggest keeping the area on your forehead clean (clip your hair while you sleep). Try products that contain salicylic acid such as Neutrogena.

Are you allergic to a product or do you wear bangs? If you wear bangs, you might want to keep them off your forehead. If you wear hats, keep the headband clean.
