NO! 11 is too young. I think 16 is good age, but it depends on the maturity of your child. I was 16, and probably not mature enough to be dating, but my mom was very strict on me. She wanted details and to the EXACT time I would be home. I understand why she did it now, but at the time it really pissed me off. BUT, I did stay out of trouble probably because she was so strict.

i think it's all right for an 11 year old to have a crush and have a little boyfriend but not serious dating. when ur 11 u should be havin fun not thinkin about boys. also, never go out wit a guy who's way older than u. if ur 11 and he's 12 or 13 it's probably all right.

At 11 it's cool to like a boy. And if you want to go out, make sure it's with a group or chaperoned in some way. Otherwise it's waaaay to young to be dating. Age 15 is a fairly good spot to start at.

I think it's alright. Kids my age (I'm 13) are dating and when I was in the 5th grade (I think I was 10 or 11) there were people dating and becoming couples. So it's ok to date as long as your parents approve and you don't do anything you're too young for.

At 15 I could double date and then real date at 16.

16 is a good dating age. You can drive and do more things. For younger ages you should do group dates.

You just need to be good friends. No single dating until later. Maybe going w/him w/a church youth group somewhere or to a movie w/your folks. You have plenty of time for dating later.

when i was 11 i probably had a boyfriend but only at school i was not allowed to have one till i was 18 or even have them call me and me personally i think it helped me my mom did a good job i just made some poor choices if you tell her no she will do it any ways but it will probably only be at school
