There is an excellent special that has been on The History Channel called Hitler's Family. He had a half-nephew named William Patrick Hitler who eventually came to the US and served the U.S. Navy during WW II. He changed his name, married and had four sons. Three of the four are still alive. They are in their 40s and 50s. None of them had any children. There is also a cousin of Hitler's who is still alive in Austria. His parents were killed by the Russians at the end of the war for being related to Hitler. Hitler's half-brother Alios and half-sister Angela both died in the 1950s.

There are still relatives of Hitler who survive, but most, if not all, changed their names. There is one family on the east coast which is descended from one of his cousins, and they were interviewed on the History Channel, but only under the promise that their true identities would not be revealed.

His parents died in 1903 and 1908. He had five siblings, who all died in infancy, except one sister, Paula, who lived until 1960. She was interviewed about her brother --you can read about it here http://www.shoah.dk/Paula/Default.htm

He had a half-brother and a half-sister. There was also a nephew, William (or Willie) who did lecture in the U.S. and Canada early in the WWII period, but he is long dead....certainly not "living in america" now. But Willie did have children, and his descendants apparently do live on Long Island, NY.
