It really means MONEY, GREED and THE PERSUIT OF OIL!!!!

I think that it is one of the founding principles of America. This phrase is included in the Declaration of Independence. This document is one of the most important and beautiful documents ever written.
I would die to protect those principles.

it means that the white rich guys who wrote it meant it only for themselves
still white rich guys running the country to . . . and they are getting richer while everybody else is getting poorer so I guess it still is meaningless
