How would you know one way or the other.
Have you ever seen a presidential budget proposal. They are 4 or 5 thousand pages long. No one person on earth has any idea what is in that thing.

First of all the president doesn't pass the budget. These are only his recommendations. Second you have stated that he is spending too much to this I agree.
So to you I ask, what programs would you cut?
