There might be software that can translate a small amount of chinese script into english, but I know there isn't an english to chinese script software. As you know, there are over 20,000 Chinese characters. More than one character per english word, but words with multiple characters arn't interchangeable.

Yes, www.njstar.com. Download the wordprocesser shareware. I think it is the best one on the market. It does a pretty decent job, although the syntax might be out of correct order occassionally, but so do most translation softwares.
