Everything is going to be all right. Don't believe anything you hear from the media and only 5% of what you see. The world is going through a transition but who's to say the outcome will be bad? I don't think it will be bad, just different.

It might help to measure how likely your fear is. I know there is war, etc, and it REALLY hurts the people involved. However, what is the likelihood that it will touch your life directly? If your life is in danger, do something about it. If not, change the channel. Don't let that junk take over your life. Put your energy in the places that fed you and encourage you. Garbage in, garbage out isn't just a computer term. I seriously limit how much news I listen to in a day because it's bad for my health. Someone will tell me the important stuff anyway.

Sitting on a beach listening to the waves.
Butterflies and Puppies.
Smiling Babies.
Having all the money you need and no worries.
Getting a longgggg massage.
Bubble Bath.
That should help you for a little while.

well, imagine laying in a hammack with a good book, there are butterflies chasing each other over your head, there is a nice breeze and you can smell flowers and all the new growing things...maybe there are some kittens nearby romping and playing......does that help?

They've got you where they want you! Don't stress so much about this stuff. For one thing, it's mostly out of your hands and there's no sense in worrying about what you can't control.
