what do you think are the weaknesses from some of these teams that could prevent them from qualifying for the world cup in 2010?

well germany argentina italy brazil will definetly qualify and i think will be able to reach round 8
these four teams i think have no weaknesses
England will qualify but unless they solve their problem with scoring(including penalty shoots) they wont reach round 8
as for france i dunno their performance is not stable
they change every day either to bad or to good..
ex:2002 they were knocked from round 32
2006:they reached the finals
netherlands will reach but will be knocked out either from round 16 or round 8(they might not even reach round 16)
czech..i dunno about them...they wont qualify i think
portugal if they stayed on the same good performance they will( i hope)reach the semi-finals ( i hope soo)
every year there is an unexcpected country which reaches the semi-finals ..so may be next tournament it is Spain....no one knows

Of the 10 teams I think the two weakest links are the Czech Republic and France because in the latest tournament their base was veteran players who will not be in the next World Cup. Zidane and his gang had to return of international retirement to help France qualify!
The rest of the teams have a good balance of veterans and younger players who's early experience will be of great value during the 4 years to come.

The future of the Czech Republic is unknown but other then the Czech Republic, yes all of them will qualify.

I think that list seems about right. All of them managed to qualify this year and they all played decent.
