Oops... read the question wrong....

I've been to one where they had nursery rhymes,... but in "other words"

This is a similar game:

1) What did Peter Piper Pick?
2) Who were the three men in a tub?
3) What did Georgie Porgie do to the girls to make them cry?
4) Who did the three blind mice run after?
5) What is Tuesday's child full of?
6) How many blackbirds were baked in a pie?
7) What did Little Miss Muffet sit on?

15) How much wool did the black sheep have? Three bags full
16) What was Yankoo Doodle riding on when he went to town?

I'll still look for the one I played... You had to come up with the nursery rhyme's title. (It will be easier for some teachers and maybe some people who have small children, but it was challenging for everyone else.) They also set a time limit in case no one finished.. the winner was the one with most correct.

A few others they had were a taste test, they had several jars of unmarked babyfood and you had to taste each and predict what kind it was. (A list of choices may be helpful)
Also there is game called "Parts of the Baby" (this is more similar to the game I was looking for) Each answer is a part of a baby, but cleverly disguised in a different meaning of the word.

Each statement listed below represents some part of a baby. Answers are provided beside each description.

1. Pirate's bury their treasure in it - Chest

2. A kind of pasta - Elbow

3. A student - Pupil

4. Hawaiian tree - Palm

5. Outside of a grape - Skin

6. A hammers counterpart - Nails

7. Part of a watch - Hands/Face

8. 3 of these make a yard - Feet

9. The end of a loaf of bread - Heel

10. A royal headpiece - Crown

11. Tells you which way the wind is blowing - Vein

12. The edge of a road - Shoulder

13. You don't want your children to give you any of this - Lip

14. Related to the Easter Bunny - Hair

15. A baby whale - Calf

16. When your know gets bent up it is out of - Joint

17. A card game - Bridge

18. A hitchhikers tool of the trade - Thumb

Everyone get 2 clothespins and cannot say the word baby the whole evening. Ifsomeonesays baby they must give up 1 of their pins to the 1st personwhonotices it.Remimber when the hostess says go NO ONE can say baby. The person with the most pins at the end wins. Had a really fun time playing this game and it really is hard not to say baby. It also can be used with the word mom too!

Get a bunch of different types of chocolate bars, and an equal number of disposable diapers. Place a chocolate bar in each diaper and put the diaper in the microwave until the chocolate gets all squishy like poo. (This usually takes less than a minute.)

Guests are then challenged to identify which type of chocolate bar is in each diaper.

It's extra fun if you have a leftover Cadbury's cream egg from Easter, because of the yellow fondant inside.

You blindfold one person at a time and put a bowl of cotton balls in their lap. The person then spoons out (regular sized spoon) cottonballs 10 times. Count the cotton balls and everyone does this to see who got the most out. Sounds dumb but its fun and hard to do and to watch nsince the cotton balls are so light you don't know if there are any on your spoon or not.

Of course, there is always the toiletpaper game. Have everyone tear off sometoilet paper as their guess of how big around you are. Then just measure yourself with tiolet paper and count the squares to determine the winner.

Pulling pins out of rice, don't know if it would work with diaper pins or not. May be a better bridal game..
Name that goo (pass around unlabeled baby food and see if they can guess what it is. Have heard of people doing it in a diaper.

drop clothes pins in a milk jar--stand straight up over the milk jug and try to drop in clothes pins. whoever drops in the most wins.

give each guest 2 clothes pins. every time someone says the word "baby" someone hears them they get the others clothes pin. the one with the most at the end of the party wins.

pin the diaper on the baby.
