they say in the morning is the BEST time yet I had taken mine at 10 at night and it came back positive! It really depends on your hcg level really NOT the test!! I had taken mine 2 weeks AFTER my period and mine showed up yet my hcg level was high as well. Every person is different I have seen some that never showed up. GOOD LUCK, BEST WISHES

Right in the morning due to the increased level of hormones in the urine. The longer the day goes on, the more dispersed the hormones become.

On the first day or your missed period and they say in the morning is best because your urine is concentrated so the HcG level in it will be more easily detected.

if you get one of those expensive tests you can use it any time of day but the cheap ones require you to take the test in the morning.

no not really just after u've missed u'r period.....they say it's best in the mourning but i took one at night and it came out positive
