Yeah, this isn't your school work, but you could get neopoints for it at Neopets! This's cheating! It is exactly the same as Neopet's Lenny Conundrum for the week except you changed the name of the farmer.

a^2 = .75 (1/4 b^2*sqrt 3) area of the square=.75 area of triangle
a^2 = .5 *pi*r^2 area of the square = half the area of the circle
a^2 = .324 b^2
a^2 = 1.57* r^2
b = 1.75 a
r = 0.79 a
4a+3b+2pi*r=4000
4a+ 3*1.75*a + 2*pi *0.79 a = 4000
4a + 5.25 a + 4.96 a =4000
14.21 a = 4000
a= 281.49
b= 492.60
r= 222.37
Area of the square is = a^2 = 79236.62 meters square
Area of the triangle is= 1/4 b^2*sqrt (3)
Area of the triangle is= 0.43 *b^2
Area of the triangle is= 105072.58 meters square
Area of the circle is = pi*r
Area of the circle is = 155268.02 meters square.
If you only know what I had to do to solve your equation.

The area of the Triangle is a quarter the area of the square.
The are of the circle is half the area of the square.
The fence is 4000 meters so the area must be 1000W x 1000L
.5x + x + .25x = 1,000,000
1.75 x = 1,000,000
x = 571428.57 area of square
In square meters
Square = 571428.57 = 571429
Circle = 285714.28 = 285714
Triangle = 142857.14 = 142857
571429 + 285714 + 142857 = 1,000,000 sq meters or 4 sides of 1,000 meters for a fence of 4,000 meters.

Area of Triangle = 79,454
Area of Circle = 158,909
Area of Square = 105,939
As a check, add the perimeters: (Nearest whole number in meters)
1,285 + 1,413 + 1,302 = 4,000
