That isn't a question. I don't entirely understand what you are saying. You think it should be illegal to discriminate those who discriminate?
I think that those people are dumb. Discrimination is to to make a difference in treatment or favor on a basis other than individual merit. You can't 'discriminate' someone because they are discriminating someone esle. You are treating them differently BECAUSE of their individual merit, so it really is NOT descrimination.
