It's not my ultimate favorite, but the thing that I have to drop everything to watch it is Saturday Night Live. Don't know why but when it comes on I have to watch it.

Drop everything to watch TV? No show makes me do that.
But my favorite is According to Jim. Monty Python's Flying Circus still kills all, but that was 35 years ago.

Right now I have 3 favorite shows. I think House would the top of the three. The other two that are close behind House is 24
and Rescue Me.
