You're lucky that you haven't gotten caught up in a world where the mentality is to constantly change and compromise yourself by trying to make yourself look how fashion mags and TV tell you to.
Don't let anyone make you feel uncomfortable with who you are and how you look; in other words, keep yourself natural! It's better for your skin in the long run, anyway. :~)

It's okay to go natural. But, if you are wanting to start, get a base that is oil-free to help keep blemishes from popping up. Take someone with you to help pick a color that is the closest to your natural skin color. Buy a makeup sponge -- I use natural sea sponges but you can use manufactured sponges. Get the sponge wet, blot on a towel so it is just damp, put a little base makeup on it and start smoothing it lightly only your face -- your whole face, and smooth down onto your neck and past your ear line. You should be using a light amount so you won't see the makeup on the neck or ears. You just don't want a big line showing where your makeup is and isn't.
Most important of all, wash that stuff off every day that you put it on. Do not go to bed with it on.

Its not a sad thing .I understand your feeling but in the world there are many other sad things.
This will a problem that depends on why you want to impress a person for.
Makeup means presentable beauty without overwork.Noticable not dominatable.
If the impression is for,
an INTERVIEWER ,then its a defenite yes.
a father , need not
a lover , ok
a date , ok
a husband ,preferebly should not because he is gonna be with you for 50 years and if he likes your makeup now,how will he like you at age of 80.So concentrate on care instead of beauty.
Beauty (seen differently by all) can be essential but not sufficient for a lovely life.
Be comfortable with who you are with a beautiful smile of care.

It's not a bad thing at all! Love who you are and be who you are. Their are tons of advantages to not wearing makeup...one...it saves you money, time, it's great for your skin not putting a bunch of products on your face.
But if you ever decide to start wearing it...start simple. Less is more. Maybe lip gloss, eye shadow, mascara. Don't pile on the concealer and foundation unless you need it. You can do internet searches for how to apply it and most packages of drug store makeup have applying tips on the back. Or you can go to a department store and to a makeup counter if you purchase at least one product they usually will give you a little mini makeup makeover with things they suggest. But beware they will put a lot on. You don't need everything, even if they try to sucker you into it.
But don't start wearing it, unless you truly want to. Be happy you are a lucky beautiful girl who hasn't been suckered into it :)

No I don't wear make-up either and I am 22. I am still very pretty people tell me that all the time. Model agencies even came up to me and handed me their card. They love me. So in other words... there is nothing wrong with having a natural beautiful face. Everyone dont need make-up.

Sarah,
I think as long as you like the way you look it is fine. Of course, some occasions, such as a wedding or job interview, might require it. But, you could probably get by with a little mascara and lip gloss and still look more polished. If you are getting curious about make-up you might try a lip balm with a bit of color. Burt's bee's makes a really nice subtle kind, called something like shimmer sheers.

Absolutely not! Being comfortable with yourself during your teen years is definitely an accomplishment!
Experiment with light shades of make-up to begin, using hints of color to accentuate your natural, confident beauty. That's it!
And, keep that confidence, because that's really what's attractive, rather than any amount of make-up you choose to wear!
